Customer satisfaction is essential to me. I strive to provide high quality products, pursue ongoing education and meet my distributors each year. Once you sit in my chair, I want your experience to exceed every expectation.
cancellation policy - 48 hour
If you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide 48-hour notice. That way, I can accommodate clients on my waiting list. I understand when unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you. However, if last minute cancellations or no shows are common, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
• Less than 48-hour notice will be 50% of reserved appointment(s)
• No shows will be charged 100%

late / tardy policy
I will always try to accommodate you when you are running behind. However, your tardiness can delay later clients. ​
Clients are allowed a five-minute grace period. After that, we will call to check on you. If you cannot make it in time, you may have to forgo some of your services. Always call if you think you might be late. We’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in.
